Keith Matthews
President and CEO
Mr. Matthews is currently President and CEO of North American Distribution Logistics a Canadian 3PL. Keith has been a leader in the transportation industry for over 30 years. As founder and sole owner, Keith is responsible for all business activities. Keith currently sits as President and board member of Transolve Logistics Group which owns and manages 3 asset-based Carriers in Canada.
Keith was a co-founder of Kelron Logistics one of Canada’s largest 3PL’s with 4 Transportation Operating facilities for on-demand transportation in addition to a 127,000 square foot warehouse and distribution facility. Keith founded the company in 1992 with his late partner Geoffrey Bennett. Along with being one of the top 25 freight brokers in the United States, Kelron Logistics was recognized as one of the top 100 3PL’s in North America for 8 consecutive years. He sold the company to XPO Logistics in 2012.
Keith was responsible for the company’s Sales and Marketing activities which ran in excess of $125 million in sales annually. Throughout his career, Keith has taken a leadership role in developing several innovative logistics solutions for clients in a wide range of industry sectors.
He founded the Expedite Division of Dynamex Express in 1987 which at the time primarily operated an “in-city” messenger business with offices throughout Canada. He also co-founded DDK Marketing Inc, a successful Industrial/Commercial Air Cleaning and Air Quality business currently operating in Ontario. A Computer Programming and Systems Designer by trade. Keith is accredited with the prestigious Logistics Executive Certification from the University of Tennessee, and a Certification in SalesForce Performance from North Western University in Illinois.
Keith also was lead trumpet and soloist with the World Champion Blue Devils from Concord, California and won the World Championship in 1980, along with Lead Trumpet with the Canadian All-Star Jazz Orchestra in 1981.
