Keith Matthews

President & CEO

Mr. Matthews is currently President and CEO of North American Distribution Logistics a Canadian 3PL. Keith has been a leader in the transportation industry for over 30 years. As founder and sole owner, Keith is responsible for all business activities. Keith currently sits as President and board member of Transolve Logistics Group which owns and manages 3 asset-based Carriers in Canada. 

Keith was a co-founder of Kelron Logistics one of Canada’s largest 3PL’s with 4 Transportation Operating facilities for on-demand transportation in addition to a 127,000 square foot warehouse and distribution facility.  Keith founded the company in 1992 with his late partner Geoffrey Bennett. Along with being one of the top 25 freight brokers in the United States, Kelron Logistics was recognized as one of the top 100 3PL’s in North America for 8 consecutive years. He sold the company to XPO Logistics in 2012. 

Tyler Matthews

Executive Vice President

With over 15 years in the transportation industry and more than a decade in leadership positions, Tyler Matthews is a seasoned professional committed to driving growth and profitability. His extensive experience equips him with the insights needed to navigate industry challenges while fostering innovative solutions that elevate performance and efficiency. 

When he’s not leading teams to success, Tyler enjoys quality family time, hitting the golf course, and cheering on the Toronto Maple Leafs. He believes that a strong work-life balance enhances productivity and inspires creativity, making him a dedicated leader both in and out of the office.

Justin Matthews

Accounting Manager

Justin was born into the Transportation Industry. He is a Graduate of Conestoga College and Applied Arts majoring in Electrical Engineering. Justin is currently managing the Accounting team and continues to lead the team using his Leadership skills.  Justin has been an integral part of the companies growth and has a proven track record in managing the company finances.  

Justin lives in Waterloo with his Wife Sydney and daughter Macayla. When Justin is not managing the company finances, you can find him either riding his motorcycle, playing online games, collecting cars, or just walking with his family in the forest.

Colin Wintle

Operations Manager

Colin Wintle, a seasoned Operations Team Lead at NAD with 6 years of experience in transportation. His primary role is to take the complexities of transportation out of the equation so you can rest easy knowing that your freight is in good hands.

Colin graduated from the University of Waterloo with Joint Honours in History and Political Science with a Specialization in International Relations. Throughout his degree he learned challenging problem-solving skills, developed a keen eye for details, and always overcame tough deadlines.  

As a leader, he is committed to mentoring team members and investing time, helping to cultivate the next generation of logistics professionals at NAD. I can’t say enough about the trust I put into my team and their ability to consistently go above and beyond all expectations. I’m always working to implement innovative new strategies to keep improving our efficiency and offer the best customer service, but the biggest factor in making that a reality is the team we have at NAD.  

If he’s not crafting emails and making calls, then you will probably find him noodling on guitar, trekking through the woods, or sprawled out on the couch with a good movie playing. 

Ashley Zdrale

US Operations Manager

Ashley Zdrale is a seasoned logistics professional with over 9 years of experience in the industry. Beginning her journey as a logistics coordinator with NAD Logistics in February 2023, she quickly advanced to the role of Operations Team Lead by November 2023, thanks to her strong leadership and exceptional operations skills. 

As one of our Operations Team Leads, Ashley now oversees a team of logistics professionals, ensuring fluid supply chain operations and verifying inbound and outbound shipments with plant personnel for document accuracy.  

With a collaborative approach, Ashley partners with sales, operations, and transportation teams to drive efficiently and ensure timely shipments. She also takes the lead in resolving service-related issues, proactively communicating shipment updates to sales teams and customers to maintain high levels of service.  

Leading by example, Ashley continuously seeks to streamline logistics operations, fostering team growth and operational success.
